Comforters and blankets are accepted up to standard king size.

Oversized, unusually heavy or overstuffed bedding may require special consideration. Please contact Sara’s Suds before scheduling these items.

Select pet bedding can be included with your order.

Because of sanitation and equipment considerations, excessively soiled bedding or bedding containing large amounts of urine or feces cannot be accepted.

Appropriate delicate garments can be washed according to their care instructions. Please identify special-care items when scheduling.

Dry-clean-only items are not accepted.

Have garments that prefer less heat?

Hand-wash and hang-dry service is available for appropriate items. Please identify garments requiring hand-wash or hang-dry treatment when scheduling.

A Few Things We Can’t Put in the Wash

To protect your belongings, our equipment and our team, there are some items we cannot safely process.

We cannot accept:

• Dry-clean-only garments

• Excessively soiled items

• Items containing large amounts of urine or feces

• Items saturated with oils or chemicals

• Items containing hazardous or harmful materials

• Bedding larger than standard king size

• Overstuffed bedding that cannot be safely processed

• Overstuffed pillows

• Moving blankets

• Weighted blankets

We reserve the right to refuse any item that, because of its condition, size, weight or material, could damage equipment or create a safety concern.
